An AI Voice Agent to interview SMEs and document processes.
Challenge
Standard operating procedures (SOPs) were undocumented, residing in people’s heads across dozens of groups. Traditional options—hiring consultants or asking leaders to write—were slow, costly, and inconsistent, often missing KPIs, owners, or acceptance criteria needed for repeatable execution.
Solution
We launched a voice agent that joins meetings or accepts inbound calls to run a structured, guardrailed interview. It won’t proceed on vague answers, asks targeted follow-ups, and then auto-drafts a polished SOP in the house template, stores it, alerts the team, and enables conversational search across the SOP library.
Results
Across ~700 SOPs, creation time fell from 1–2 days to ~1 hour review—~7–15 hours saved per SOP, totaling ~4,900–10,500 hours saved. Consultant interview/synthesis costs are avoided, quality is consistent, and staff can actually find and apply SOPs in daily work.
