Challenge

A business management firm relied on internal staff to find board and staff contacts across thousands of sites. The manual process limited outreach to once a year, left data stale, and consumed budget that could fund higher-value activities, constraining pipeline growth and campaign cadence.

Solution

We built an agent pipeline that finds company contact pages, extracts relevant contact details for sales targets, respects robots.txt, and validates output with an LLM “judge.” The MVP now processes thousands of domains per run with robust logging, retries, accuracy checks, and flexible quarterly or ad-hoc scheduling.

Results

A typical run over ~3,000 domains replaces ~500 manual hours (at ~10 minutes/site), saving ~$12,500 per run at a conservative $25/hr benchmark; quarterly operation drives ~$50,000/year savings. Fresher data fuels higher outreach velocity and better conversion from consistently current contact lists.
